30% deposit to secure an appointment. 50% for tours.

If there is a cancellation on my end, you will be refunded the full deposit or opt to reschedule.

If cancellation on your end, thirty days to reschedule (NYC only).

Cancellation fee on tour is full rate.

Meetings on tour are agreed duration with exceptions of extensions. You are welcome to leave earlier than our agreed duration, but confirmed rate fee is required.

Transportation required if going to you.
