** I require a 40% deposit to secure all bookings. If there is a cancellation on my end, you’ll be refunded the full amount.

** Same day cancellation is full rate as I am reserving a dedicated block of my time. Once the appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved for you only. Can opt to reschedule within the week. On tours, non negotiable full rate.
